Any idea where I can find a Van Halen tour tee from I believe '07 that says "Who the F!@#k is Eddie Van Halen"?

I saw a tee shirt at one of the VH reunion tours that was a reprinting of the "Who the F!@#k is Eddie Van Halen" shirt from the Sammy tour days. I couldn't buy it at the show and figured I'd get it some other time. Well, that time is now, and I can't find the effing thing for the life of me. Any help finding a genuine shirt from one of these tours would be GREATLY appreciated.

Does anybody have any information on the supposed VAN HALEN reunion tour for this summer?

I still haven't heard of any firm dates or locations. They were supposed to be announced february 20th. I've heard the tour is still planned but Eddie Van Halen is in rehab again? Is there any truth to any of this? Does anybody know anything about this tour? Van Halen Kicked butt back then and I'm sure they'd still sound great now.

I believe 2011 will open it up for people like us who want start a rock revival. A rock revival (in my opinion) is inevitable. I believe it will happen between 2012 and 2013. Either that, or a majority of new bands will form that will start the revival by no later than 2015. You're not the only one who wants this. My large circle of friends are all interested in bringing back rock into the mainstream.

What is the formula for making an NBA team's schedule?

I think there are 88 games, We'll use the PHX Suns for example...

I beleive they play 2 home & 2 away vs each division foe (16 games)
(Lakers Warriors, Kings,and Clippers)

Then they play 1 home & away vs the rest of the west (20 games)

then does everyone else cycle thru depending on the year, like NFL teams do? Od will they play everyone at least one home & one way?

How is NBA league scheduling decided; by whom and by what system?

30 teams play 82 games a year. What kind of system used to decide who plays who, and when? Note: Obviously there are games which are preplanned such as Christmas Day, Opening Day and even last home game of the year, such as Lakers at Kings every year since 2003, or so.

It will be interesting to see.

The only way I see either team getting a 66 or better record is if the other teams loses a few games and it won't be any doubts who will have the best record. Ex, if toward the end of the season and the Lakers can't catch Cleveland and they have better record than anyone else then I can see them resting their starters for the playoffs, The same can be said of the Cavs, If they have the East best record locked and lets say they loss a few games and can't catch the Lakers then I can see them resting their starters or basically coasting to the end of the season.

The Lakers road trips this time around is mostly against poor teams so they should do pretty well whereas the Cavs have a pretty good home schedule and they have a great record at home so I view this as being even.

I think it will come down to complacency. I can't but help to think that these two teams feel that they can turn it on at any times and one or both of these teams will face a team fighting for playoffs or fighting to salvage their season by beating the best team in the league and they will come up short. I looked at the Laker game at Chicago last week and if it was not for the bench it might have been a loss for the Lakers but then again they were playing a team fighting to stay in the playoff hunt.

So it might just come down to which team is more complacent their last games of the season.

He only needs another 402 yards to eclipse the record, but they are playing the panthers who have a strong pass defense, although the saints are out of the playoffs, and may just try to get this record to take something out of this season. I am a die hard saints fan and I hope Sean Payton would try to let drew brees get the record instead of actually trying to win the game because I think that is something that will make the saints fans a lot happier than a winning record

I think Brees will pass Unitas but it would not make his streak superior just because of the number. Brees passes about 35 times a game. Unitas... What, a little more than half that? And he still was able to consistently throw touchdowns.

The Saints are 8-7 and not heading to the playoffs. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to get 402 yards and break the greatest record known to the NFL. So say their are up 24-20 with 4 minutes to play, and Brees has 350 yards so far. Should he still be throwing or let Duece run out the clock?

I don't want to sound mean, but Drew Brees got where he was in yardage by passing it 635 times. When Manning had his 49 tds, he only threw the ball 497 times with almost having 4600 yards. Give Manning 138 more passes, he would have shattered the record. Drew Brees is good, but he's a passing maniac. I think once they decide to pass less, they will be more balanced.

Questions About Peyton Manning Surgery

Peyton Manning SURGERY!?!?!?

I just read and heard on the news, literally, 20 minutes ago (it's 10:45) that Peyton Manning had a bursa sack removed from his knee!?! The team's reps call the surgery routine but the knee had been bother Peyton since Feb. This is the same thing that held Marvin Harrison out of 12 games!
I guess, to make a question... being that I've never had a sports related injury, is this a normal thing?

I would have thought his shoulders would be the problem since he has been carrying the Colts ever since he has been starting for them.

Fireman-. He's a quarterback. Read about Cervical Fusion Surgery. There's no way it's 2-3 months given his position and what the surgery is going to do as far as limitations.
And Julius-As much as I hate the wrestling reference, I think you hit it right on the head as far as the long term affects of what's going to happen to Manning and the severity of the surgery.

I had that surgery last year but lower on the neck. He will be ABLE to play football again, but SHOULD he?

I teach martial arts and I'm not allowed to spar or grapple for a year after my surgery. Even then, I may be putting even more strain on the areas just above and below the fusion which means I could be more easily injured in the future.

If he's smart and wants to live the rest of his life able to walk, he should retire.

Why didn't Peyton Manning get surgery sooner?

Ok this question got deleted earlier. It may seem like I'm ranting about the uncertainty of his recovery date (yes, I'm a Colts fan) but I really want to know. I seriously don't know the answer to this question. All the info I found online just says that he got the surgery in May and that's about it.

It is seeming more and more likely that Manning won't be under center against the Texans on week one but will still probably be ready relatively early in the season. I'm wondering why he waited till the end of May to get neck surgery and didn't get it as soon as last year's season ended. I mean it's looking like he'll be ready at the very latest by week four so it seems like if he'd gotten surgery earlier he'd have been ready in time.

Was he trying to heal without surgery, or putting it off or did they not know it required surgery or what? His neck was giving him problems when the season was still going on so you'd think they'd have known.

I hope someone can shed some light on this. Speculation is ok but that's everywhere so if someone has actual info with a definite reason that would be awesome.
Ok that makes sense then. Thank you, German Melendez. It's been killing me wondering about that. That's understandable but disappointing that they didn't know sooner. At first I was angry thinking it may have just been poor planning but I should've have known it wasn't considering Peyton's commitment to perfection. At least Collins will help now and we don't have to rely on Painter. I'd rather Jeff Saturday snap the ball to an empty backfield than Curtis Painter.

I am a die hard Colts fan as well, I live in CT and am neighbors (same neighborhood) with a particular Colts Parents (amazing people), I was wondering this very thing myself for the longest time and decided to ask them if they knew last week. They told me it was due to the fact that they believed Peyton could "rehab" the injury and avoid going under the knife. It wasn't until Peyton started feeling a lot of discomfort during "Manning Training Camps" with his teammates that they decided to put him through the high volume of tests and realize that it was a lot worse than originally anticipated. Surgery was the last option because the odds of needing a procedure done to that area, after the original surgery, goes up tremendously.
