San Francisco 49ers last year's Atlanta Falcons?
Great season this year, but will drop next year because of a tougher schedule. The only great team the 49ers (cheated) was the Detroit Lions, and it was only by 6 Points.

Dude your still worried about the niners games when DA Bears just dropped the lions like a cheap whore at charlie sheens house. Lions fans are pissed because they know the niners exposed them as pretenders. IF THE REFS GAVE US 5 EXTRA YARDS THAN WHERE WAS THE LIONS COACHES TO CATCH THAT ERROR. GOOD COACHING WOULD HAVE POINTED THAT OUT TO THE REFS. FURTHER, IF WE WERENT GIVEN THOSE YARDS, THE LAST PLAY WAS 4 AND GOAL ON THE SIX YARD LINE, PUSH US BACK TO THE 11(TAKE AWAY THE FIVE YARDS) IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A 4TH And SIX ON THE 11 YARD LINE, THAT PASS TO DELANIE WALKER WHICH WAS A SIX YARD PASS WOULD HAVE SET US UP FOR A 1ST AND GOAL ON THE 5 YARD LINE WITH AROUND 2 MINUTES REMAINING. THEY WOULD HAVE SCORED REGARDLESS DOUCHE. You lion fans kept saying how Alex would be running for his life from your d line, GORE demolished that D line and bulldozed through it son. HATERS WILL ALWAYS HATE!!!

2008 Atlanta Falcons?????
Now i know the Atlanta Falcons ain't one of the better teams in the NFL but why is everyone rating them so low. i mean they have enough talent to at least win about 7 games. They're schedule is not that hard
Matt Ryan and the o-line looks good in the preseason.
They have 2 talented halfbacks in jerious Norwood and Michael Turner and a very good FB in Ovie Mughelli to open wholes for them. There WR are a strenght, Roddy White is a pro bowl caliber Wide Receiver, laurent Robinson is good, harry douglas can be their slot receiver and michael jenkins is a good 4th option. Theyre defence has a good front 7, john abraham is a great DE and Jamaal Anderson is gonna improve, also Grady Jackson is a back. They're linebackers is there biggest strenght having Keith Brooking a solid player, Curtis Lofton a talented rookie, and Michael Boley a very good young OLB, Safeties are decent Lawyer Milloy and Erik Coleman, i will say this though theyre cornerbacks are not very good... although i like Chris Houstons talent.; and theyre coach looks like hes doing everything right
am i right or what?

Are the Atlanta Falcons pretenders?
This game was by no means a blowout, but let's be real here... the Falcons were 1 horrible play by Brees away from only scoring 7 points at home. They have only beaten 3 playoff teams and one of them got revenge tonight. Are they for real, or did they benefit from a soft schedule this season?

I would say they are pretenders. I would not put any money on them going to the Super Bowl.
They had a lot of cupcakes on their schedule this year.

It's not ridiculous, anything is possible, i believe they will lose to the Saints, and win the other three, but Seattle winning isn't out of the question, they are not a horrible team.

I THINK THEY COULD GET ANOTHER 13/3 RECORD AGAIN , THIS TEAM IS SOLID BUT COULDN'T MANAGE WITH THE PACKERS.
