Should i start peyton manning or philip rivers on fantasy football?

I know peyton manning just underwent surgery and everything so he's coming back from an injury while philip rivers is performing really great off preseason ... can someone give me their opinion whether or not i should start peyton or not ? thanks.

Manning without a doubt! If he is on the field he is an automatic starter because he can still light up a defense when he is 75%. The Colts also pass way more than the Chargers mainly due to the fact that LT is their man. On top of that, Gates has a nagging injury that will cause him to lose a little step. Should I start Peyton Manning or Alex Smith for Week 15 Fantasy Football? I dont know how much Manning will play on thursday because they have already clinched home field advantage throughout the playoffs. Help me out here!
